Purpose
Focus7 is a personal productivity tool for planning, focus tracking, reflection, browser-local recovery, and data export. Focus7 is not an employee-surveillance, performance-rating, medical, or diagnostic system.
User responsibility
- Maintain regular JSON backups.
- Review timers and recovered sessions for accuracy.
- Use the application lawfully and avoid uploading or distributing harmful code through the hosting service.
- Do not rely on browser storage as the only copy of important records.
Availability
The application may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. Browser features and storage behavior differ by browser, device, privacy setting, and hosting origin.
Intellectual property
Focus7 branding, interface, and original application materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No transfer of ownership is made by providing access to the application.
No warranty
Focus7 is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. No guarantee is made that all data will always be preserved, that timing records will be error-free, or that the service will meet every requirement.
Limitation
Users remain responsible for decisions made using productivity data and for maintaining independent backups. Jurisdiction-specific limitations should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before a commercial or paid launch.
